Head of Innovation Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Leader to spearhead our New Business initiatives. This role will focus on leading and scaling API-led solutions and Affinity Partnerships across BFSI and non-BFSI segments.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and validating Product-Market Fit (PMF) for new channels, driving revenue growth, and establishing scalable go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing GTM strategies for new business verticals.
- Leading PMF for BFSI and non-BFSI segments.
- Buidling and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, and regional sales teams.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of launching and scaling new business verticals.
- Strong understanding of BFSI partnerships, affinity channels, and API-based business models.
- Ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on market trends and customer needs.
