About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Material Handling industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share in the Material Handling industry.
  • Territory Management: Manage a territory of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Develop and negotiate pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Material Handling industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, and excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
