Regulatory Reporting Assurance Lead

State Street is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Assurance Lead to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of regulatory reporting assurance strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

As a key member of the State Street team, you will work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. You will be required to analyze complex data, identify areas of risk, and develop recommendations for mitigation. Your expertise in regulatory reporting assurance will enable you to drive process improvements and contribute to the company's goal of delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, auditing skills, and experience in IT general control testing and data analytics. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, along with relevant certifications (CA, CPA, CIA, CFA), is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of banking products and services, as well as exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, are essential for success in this role.
