About the Role:
The Master Concur Analyst for Financial Operations will play a key part in the success of our company by ensuring the smooth operation of our Concur system. This role will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Concur, including user setup, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and resolve day-to-day business issues raised through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain Concur users by setting up new users, disabling terminated users, establishing usernames and passwords, and other user-specific information required to maintain employees in the system.
- Perform system administration functions, including maintaining accurate system limits, branch/cost center relationships, audit rules, tax rates, form creation/update, and general ledger relationships.
- Implement expense reporting policy/procedure changes into the Concur system to ensure the system accurately reflects revised company policies.
- Conduct expense processor functions, including consolidating expense reports in advance of payment by Treasury, checking for errors/policy violations, and verifying and identifying any discrepancies or delinquencies.
- Interact with Concur users, including upper levels of management, to troubleshoot Concur issues with a range of low to high complexity.
- Recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation as required, taking personal responsibility for service excellence.
- Perform data analysis based on Audit reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field of study.
- Minimum of 5-9 years’ experience using Concur.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite.

Language Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
