Job Overview

This position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing merchandising strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance product visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan product placement and promotions, ensuring timely delivery of products and optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor sales data and analyze market trends to identify opportunities, conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and display, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify product improvements and new product development opportunities, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving product offerings.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Flexibility to travel outstation for work, as required.

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on your current salary, skills, and experience, plus statutory benefits.
