HR Assistant

The HR Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining employee records and databases. This involves updating information, ensuring accuracy, and adhering to company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Organize and manage HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files.
  • Prepare and assist with HR-related documents as needed.
  • Maintain attendance and leave trackers for seamless reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with compliance and audit preparation activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems efficiently.
  • Assist with report preparation, presentations, and spreadsheet management.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory effectively.
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings to facilitate collaboration.
