**Role Overview:**

The Cruise Industry Sales Strategist will drive sales strategy and execution, managing a portfolio of cruise liners. This role involves building and leading a sales team while developing key client and partner relationships to expand market share.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition and retention for cruise bookings.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotions and campaigns to boost bookings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and other key stakeholders to expand our distribution network.
  • Sales Operations: Establish processes for efficient sales management - setup of CRM and other technology tools for efficient tracking of sales metrics.

**Requirements:**

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in the travel or cruise industry.
  • Proven ability of selling B2B to corporates, travel agents, particularly in high value travel products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and internationally.

**Salary:** ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance. Bonus and benefits are also included in the package.
