Job Summary:
An experienced enterprise business professional is required to drive sales and contribute to the topline. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the business and owning the entire customer life cycle for assigned enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for incremental revenue growth on both IT product and services offerings.
- Protecting existing revenue streams from competition and downward tariff revisions.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for IT hardware, peripherals, IT services, and software solutions.
- Seeding new products and services, cross-selling, and up-selling to enhance overall revenue.
- Working closely with OEM account managers in designated accounts and developing winning strategies.
- Business planning and accurate forecasting on revenue, order booking, gross addition, gross net, net addition, churn, billing, collection, and bad debts.
- Coordinating with other teams for same accounts across teams to ensure sync in terms of tariff offerings, other circle acquisitions, order fulfillment, issue resolution, and various day-to-day activities.
- Monitoring service delivery and service assurance aspects in line with agreed SLA/MSA.
- Facilitating collections teams to ensure timely payments and reduction in bad debts.
- Managing detailed account dossiers and updating periodically.
- Adhering to and complying with all processes and systems of the organization.
- Encouraging an atmosphere of trust, openness, and communication and an attitude based on working together and shared objectives.
Functional Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT/networking/security/cloud service business along with IT hardware business.
- Ideal candidate should be from SI/OEM/OEM partner background.
