Job Title: Visual Design Director

Estimated Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum

About the Role:

The Visual Design Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of our visual assets, ensuring they align with our brand identity and messaging. This role involves leading a team of designers, providing strategic guidance, and collaborating with stakeholders to produce high-quality design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the design team, guiding them in the development of innovative visual concepts, campaigns, and projects that effectively communicate our brand identity and messaging.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity flourishes, and team members excel in their roles.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives, and translate them into impactful design solutions.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, leveraging design best practices, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and standards while infusing creativity and innovation to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and provide feedback on design work produced by the team, ensuring it meets quality standards, aligns with project objectives, and resonates with the target audience.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Visual Design Director at Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd, you should have:

  • Extensive Graphic Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, styles, and industries, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Vision: A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically, conceptualize innovative ideas, and translate them into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to plan, track, and oversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
