Job Summary:

At Cientra Techsolutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Architect to join our team. As a key member of our ADAS Perception team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning algorithms for ADAS perception features, including lane detection, object detection, and drivable area classification.
  • Validate RADAR perception software using synthetic data and real sensor data.
  • Orchestrate RADAR-based containers with machine learning algorithms.
  • Develop applications compliant with AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and functional safety standards.
  • Execute complete development and testing for ADAS and driver-assistance ECUs.
  • Participate in requirement decomposition from customer requirements.
  • Develop designs for both model-based and high-level/low-level derived from requirements.
  • Coding for ADAS and driver-assistance ECU features for target vehicles, including variants.
  • Develop test specifications at unit, integration, and software component levels.
  • Participate in AI model processing for tuning and testing in simulated and target hardware.
  • Execute SIL, HIL, and PIL testing.
  • Experience and proficiency in using relevant lifecycle tools, such as DOORs, CodeBeamer, Jama, EA, Matlab, IDE, TESSY, and TPT.
  • Hands-on expertise in different communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, ETHERNET, SPI, and UART.
  • Development, configuration, and testing of AUTOSAR MCAL drivers for 2 or more microcontrollers using relevant tools like DaVinci and EBTresos.
  • Work independently and enable team members by driving technical reviews.
  • Quality management exposure and adherence to ASPICE during project executions.
  • Implementation of adherence to functional safety requirements.
  • Team player and able to collaborate with members to realize project technical objectives.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including top management.
  • Consistent assessment and determination of risks, development of mitigation strategies, and communication to internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Coordination of multisite and multidiscipline teams for successful project completion.

Certifications:

  • Product engineering and relevant tool training qualification.
  • Quality management standards like ASPICE.
  • Functional safety standards knowledge and implementation exposure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in E&C engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in E&C engineering or related field.
