Job Overview

Virgo Group is a leading manufacturer specializing in decorative laminates and aluminum products. We are at a pivotal stage of growth, seeking a visionary HR leader to build and lead our Human Resources function from the ground up.

About the Role

This critical position involves establishing a robust HR framework that will support our long-term success and drive organizational excellence. As Chief People Officer, you will develop and implement an organizational structure that supports business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and build the HR department, including recruitment of key HR team members.
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks company-wide.
Organizational Development & Culture Building
  1. Develop strategies to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  2. Drive initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  1. Build a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels.
  2. Establish workforce planning and succession planning processes to ensure future talent needs are met.
Salary & Benefits

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in setting up or transforming HR functions.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
