Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's topline revenue at MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets by successfully managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  4. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team, as well as provide realistic forecasts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging markets, new products, and competition status to ensure the company remains competitive.
  6. Maintain relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales growth and revenue.
  8. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the company's market presence and explore new geographical markets.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  2. A strong, pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
  3. A Bachelor's Degree in any stream is required.
