Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 5-8 years of experience to design and develop high-performance dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling complex DAX functions, designing robust data models, and creating insightful visualizations that empower business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on user experience.
  • Create and optimize complex DAX functions to support business requirements.
  • Build and maintain scalable and efficient data models to streamline reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization needs and translate them into impactful dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reports and visualizations.
  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Power BI development.
  • Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational database concepts.
  • Proficiency in connecting Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience in designing user-friendly and impactful visualizations for diverse business scenarios.
  • Familiarity with Power BI administration and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
