Principal Consultant Job

As a seasoned professional in quality assurance, you will drive and implement testing strategies to ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA activities on the Trading Platform, focusing on ensuring cross-environment stability.
  • Own and manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
  • Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, covering integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations.
  • Leverage knowledge of Endur (or similar trading platforms) to identify potential risks, assess system behavior, and ensure correct trading workflows.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing technical and non-technical support.
  • Define, implement, and enforce QA best practices across all projects.
  • Ensure high-quality testing data, environments, and processes.
  • Support UAT and provide training for internal stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Extensive experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of Endur or similar trading platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
