About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for New Sales Productivity, Renewal, and Collection as per assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development (Sales)
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for sales promotion activities in assigned territories.
  • Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved month on month.
  • Identify and follow up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time periods.
  • Maximise conversion of enquiries into orders.
  • Ensure renewals in line with Company Expectations.
  • Keep a close eye on developments and business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Prepare and update MPG regularly.
Customer Service
  • Ensure quality of service delivery.
  • Maintain good liaison with customers.
  • Prepare reports and submit them on time to customers.
  • Attend to complaints and participate in logically concluding them with Operations and Back Office whenever required.
  • Conduct detailed inspections and SRA at client sites.
  • Prepare quotations for customers through the system.
  • Give reports of customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collection of Appreciation Letters from RBU/CBU customers.
  • Set correct customer expectations with respect to pest management.
  • Ensure that correct customer information, including email addresses, contact numbers, and addresses with landmarks, are captured.
  • Sell visits as per iCABS frequencies to set Annual Template Calendars for timely service delivery by Service Planners.
  • Share and explain cost sheets to Operations along with details of materials to be used. Also share customer expectations with Operations before service delivery.
  • Ensure all sales are delivered after being visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion. Timely punching of new sales in SRA to give sufficient lead time to Planners to execute services. Service Scheduling is done in consultation with Service Planners. No commitment to customers on service scheduling.
Administration & Accounts
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices and getting necessary acknowledgements wherever necessary.
  • Follow up for timely and correct invoicing by the Back Office.
  • Share costings and customer expectations with Operations before service delivery.
  • Ensure all collections are deposited to the Back Office within 24 hours.
  • Review daily collections and billing with the Back Office department.
Maintaining Systems and MIS
  • Ensure required systems related to sales are updated on a timely basis.
  • Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Reports.
  • Maintain a database of customers.
Key Results:

  • Calls/Survey/Quotations/PDSA as per Regional plan.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
  • Any Graduate (Any stream)
  • Freshers Can Apply (0 - 4 years of experience)
  • Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license
  • Languages: Tamil and English
