We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Manager to join our team at Avg Corporate Consultants.
Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, utilizing a calendar system to stay organized.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Collaborating with the administrative team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
