Job Purpose:

The Client Advisor/Customer Service Officer (CSO) is a critical role in our Business, requiring a high level of customer service and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clinic hygiene and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage clinic administration tasks, including refilling office supplies, maintaining patient files, and handling financial transactions.
  • Represent Amplifon values and mission in front of customers, creating a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Register clients and maintain patient files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in revenue generation and promotional activities, such as outreach programs and camps.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and audiologist to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in any field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

Working Hours:

The Client Advisor/Customer Service Officer is expected to arrive at the clinic by 9:00 am to ensure clinic readiness by 9:30 am.
