About This RoleJob Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative - Healthcare to join our team. As a Business Development Representative - Healthcare, you will be responsible for generating sales through cold calling and acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call customers who have shown interest in our products and convert leads to sales.
  • Generate sales through cold calling on data provided by the company.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by upselling other relevant products.
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Rout qualified opportunities to the appropriate on-ground sales team for further development and closure.
  • Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest standards of Customer Experience.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Prior experience working in a B2B Saas/ CRM/ERP Sales background.
  • Highly energetic Individuals who are always willing to stretch their boundaries at Work.
  • Target Driven folks who will not stop or settle for anything lesser than their assigned Targets.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales team.
  • Graduation in any subject.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
