This role involves overseeing, planning, coordinating, and executing project management activities for assigned projects. You will be responsible for coordinating across internal teams and within the project management structure to ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day project requests, tasks, and overall program-related initiatives, including playbook creation, client reporting needs, custom client requests, issues identification, and escalation. As a mentor, you will serve as a point of contact for Associate Project Managers and colleagues within the global team, specifically offshore team members.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of overall experience with 3-5 years' experience as a PM in the Litigation Support industry. You must fully understand the eDiscovery market, competitor structures, EDRM, and apply this knowledge to your day-to-day interactions with clients, outside counsel, and review providers. A consultative expertise in managing eDiscovery projects is required, along with significant experience with Relativity. You should also have a full understanding of industry-standard technologies, challenges, and benefits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning, and organizational skills are necessary. Advanced abilities in MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel, are also required.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum, open to work in US hours. If you have experience with Reveal review platform, it's a plus. Having a Project Management Institute certification, such as PMP, is also beneficial.
