We are a leading luxury skincare brand seeking an experienced Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Salary Range$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Digital Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and increase sales. This role involves creating high-quality content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels, that align with our brand messaging and goals.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that meet business objectives, including increasing followers, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to create sponsored content and product placements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying them to improve content quality and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficiency in editing reels and creating basic graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics software.
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
