Job SummaryThe Customer Service Advocate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role involves managing client communications, assisting with legal processes, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates on case progress.
- Assist clients in understanding legal processes, documentation requirements, and next steps.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, consultations, and hearings between clients and legal professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and case files.
- Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including filing, drafting correspondence, and managing case deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences and address any issues promptly.
- Handle client feedback and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
