We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team at HCLSoftware as a Digital Marketing Associate - Paid Media Specialist. This role requires a proactive individual with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms like Terminus/Demand Base/6 Sense.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that will enhance the company's presence online. You will also be responsible for analysing campaign results and making recommendations to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individually execute end-to-end paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABM platforms.
  • Manage marketing programs and campaigns within budget and goals.
  • Responsible for paid social, ABM, and SEM.
  • Accountable for expected results like leads, revenue through paid media channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new features and tools on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Create and manage targeted campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to assess the performance of paid media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Run integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Drive growth and revenue with direct attribution to your campaigns.
  • Perform keyword optimization and discovery.
  • Work with stakeholders to execute global campaigns covering multiple geographies.
  • Present and discuss findings of the running campaigns to globally located stakeholders and drive efficiency in the campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-7+ years of experience in paid media.
  • Proven experience in ABM marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of social and SEM best practices.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising fundamentals and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
