Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Recruiter to join our team at 2COMS Group. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients across Pan India.

Responsibilities
• Sourcing ability – Experience in identifying and sourcing candidates from various areas
• Knowledge and experience in Online / Social Media Sourcing
• Ability to travel and possess a 2-wheeler
• Proven ability to build and manage a team of recruiters and implants
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages
• Attain hiring targets in assigned locations

Requirements
• BBA / MBA with specialization in HR preferred
• Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
• Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles
• Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with social media sourcing and labor legislation

Benefits

• Work schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a week
