Job Description:

  • Recruitment Strategist: Establish connections with placement coordinators in colleges to generate leads for recruitment.
  • Candidate Sourcer: Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Initial Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Candidate Database Manager: Maintain a database of candidates and their progress in the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordinator: Schedule interview calls with the recruitment team after the initial screening.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Multitasking Expertise: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial for meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
