Key Accounts Manager

Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom service provider in India, is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to drive retention and collection efforts across the country.
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in driving assigned retention and collection agencies to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with complete adherence to our Code of Conduct.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in customer retention and collection, analytical skills, and good process/system knowledge. A graduate degree, preferably an MBA, and proficiency in English and local market languages are also required.
This role involves driving agencies for retention, collection, provision roll back, and involuntary churn, delivering targets, and ensuring productivity enhancement through regular visits and reviews. You will be responsible for developing and planning infrastructure at agencies, maintaining reports and feedback, and implementing governance processes for retained cases and field visits.
