Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and eager Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are early in their recruitment careers and are excited to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Support the recruitment process by conducting initial resume screenings and assisting with candidate interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring that all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Create and manage job advertisements on different platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and the recruitment team, providing timely updates and addressing candidate inquiries.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.

Qualifications:
