Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, as well as strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the financial strategy and objectives for the company, aligning with overall business goals and global strategy.
  • Drive financial planning and analysis, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting exercises for the company.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, controlling, reporting, tax planning, and auditing, ensuring proper cash flow and working capital management.
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights on profitability, cost management, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including accounting standards, corporate laws, and tax compliances.
Requirements
  • A professional degree in Finance and Accounting, such as CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience as CFO or in senior finance roles, ideally in GBS/BPO industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation rules, including Transfer Pricing, local statutory requirements, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively across teams and functions, including senior stakeholders.
