Job Description

The Office Administrative Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing office operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing processes that support organizational productivity. This position involves supervising office functions, maintaining smooth workflows, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and coordination among administrative tasks and maintaining a well-organized workplace.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures to promote productivity and maintain a cohesive work environment.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the office budget, control expenses, and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Facilities and Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage office leases, and oversee facility maintenance to support a comfortable and safe work environment.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, team meetings, and training sessions, managing logistics and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role, with supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
