Senior Client Engagement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service by acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Respond to all inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients via various communication platforms.
- Ensure smooth delivery of services for newly onboarded clients.
- Maintain high communication standards and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with international clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams to align on client expectations.
- Monitoring project progress and communicating updates clearly.
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting revenue performance.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote work setup.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
