Software Engineering Leadership Team Manager

We are currently seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Leadership Team Manager to join our team. This role plays a vital part in leading our software development engineers and driving the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Provide expert architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities, manage project resource allocations, and build a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Communication: Represent the project to its governing authority and other management as requested, ensure information flow to all areas and members of the project team, and provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams as needed.
- Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with team members, identify and drive to interim and major milestones, deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets, and control the work of the project to ensure all scoped deliverables meet quality standards.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, document, and respond to risk with mitigation, contingency, or other risk response plans, document, monitor, and resolve issues, and escalate risks and issues to the appropriate level for resolution.
- Process Compliance: Ensure team members observe and support best practices, processes, and procedures, involve the appropriate parties to ensure technology solutions are compatible with Micron's enterprise architecture, service environment, and policy, and document and distribute project-level lessons learned.
- Integration and Negotiation: Ensure the project receives support from dependent projects or organizations, ensure the project provides a good transition to long-term support organizations, coordinate timelines and system environments across projects and programs, operate in a shared resource environment, including Micron direct and consulting resources, and observe current portfolio and company priorities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
