Dynamic Sales Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team at JMD Jobs as a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and a strong passion for sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in sales or customer service
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling company products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
