**GenAI Expertise Opportunity**

  • A senior-level professional with advanced expertise in GenAI is sought after to lead complex projects and drive innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions, leveraging techniques such as prompt tuning, re-ranking, and chunking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI model outputs and enhance automation capabilities.
  • Evaluate and deploy various GenAI models, including Sonnet V2, OpenAI, and Hugging Face.
  • Leverage LangChain and LlamaIndex for end-to-end GenAI pipeline development.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying GenAI solutions, with a proven track record in backend integrations.
  • Prior mentoring or leadership experience within technical teams is highly desirable.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Experience with voice/speech generative AI projects.
  • Docker containerization expertise.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
