The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Urban Sales Representative to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Consumer Durables sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ascertain customers' needs and recommend products that meet these requirements, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely receipt of shipments.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales, preferably in the Consumer Durables, Environment/Renewable Energy/Sustainability, and FMCG industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret numerical data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with over 60% of the time spent on the road.
