  • Experience with process/product management tools such as DOORS, RTC, Windchill etc.
  • Background in executing passport /stage gate-based development process.
  • Ability to establish and analyze metrics and key performance indicators to manage projects.
  • Capable of diagnosing problems, identifying root causes and developing solutions.
  • Experience working cross functionally across multiple global teams.
