The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential delegates who would benefit from attending our events.
- Identifying Relevant Companies
Research and identify companies that align with our target audience for upcoming events.
Maintain and update a list of prospective companies regularly.
- Researching the Right Prospects
Conduct thorough research to identify key contacts within target companies.
- Reaching Out via Calls
Initiate contact with identified prospects through phone calls.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of attending our events.
Address any queries or concerns prospects may have regarding the events.
- Inviting Prospects to Events
Follow up with prospects to ensure their participation and provide necessary event details.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Events / Conferences industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
