Lead Solution Strategist

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Lead Solution Strategist to design and implement cutting-edge OSS solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing business requirements, analyzing solutions, and preparing end-to-end designs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and analyze business requirements to design effective OSS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed solution designs, including high-level designs and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting.
  • 2+ years' experience in Telco clients with OSS business knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in ITIL and TMF Business Framework (eTOM), TMF Application Framework (TAM), and TMF Information Framework (SID).
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols, standards, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in OSS development.
  • Familiarity with network management systems and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering).
