Your Role

The Education and Learning Solutions Specialist at Coschool serves as the primary point of contact for teachers, providing ongoing support, building strong relationships with school stakeholders, and ensuring the effective utilization of our product.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Your influence and persuasion skills will enable you to encourage teachers to leverage the full potential of our School Ai solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish trust-based relationships with teachers to foster their engagement with our product.
  • Assist teachers in actively integrating students into the Coschool experience.
  • Collect feedback from teachers in the form of videos or written testimonials to share with the central team.
  • Maintain a detailed log of technical issues, usability problems, or other challenges reported by teachers.
  • Provide regular updates to the central team on the context, frequency, and severity of these issues.
  • Conduct focus group discussions with teachers to gather comprehensive feedback and present it to the central team.
  • Keep teachers informed about student progress and various modes of learning on School Ai.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement pilot programs showcasing the platform's benefits to additional grades or schools.
  • Communicate updates, new features, and product enhancements from Coschool to school stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Full-time employment.
  • 1+ year of experience in education or a related field.

Salary: ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum
