Job Description

The Lean Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving supply chain transformation through process design, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction. This position requires strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams towards process streamlining.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Inventory Optimization: Lead the implementation of inventory optimization strategies including Inventory Turns, Back Order root cause analysis, and ABC/XYZ studies.
  • Process Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient processes that minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Sustainability: Drive sustainable logistics, warehouse, and packaging cost reduction projects through cross-functional collaboration.
