We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Wati, a leading Series B, fast-growing SaaS platform revolutionizing customer engagement. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving go-to-market strategies, setting up product launch processes, and collaborating closely with our Head of Product on product strategy and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on our target audience, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform our product roadmap and GTM strategy, with a focus on geographies like India, SEA, LATAM, US, and more.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive plans for product launches and promotions, defining target markets and ensuring strategy alignment with our sales and product teams.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft clear, compelling product messages that stand out in the market, tailoring our messaging to resonate with different segments of our target audience. Develop product tours and guides to address the pain points of our customers and showcase how Wati helps alleviate them.
  • Demand Generation: Plan and execute campaigns to boost product awareness and attract customers, working closely with our growth team to increase free sign-ups and leverage data to improve campaign results.
  • Content Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including competitor pages, whitepapers, videos, and presentations, while managing content for online campaigns like social media and email.
  • Results Analysis: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, conversion rates, and upgrade rates for launched campaigns to ensure success criteria are met.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • A proven track record of executing successful product launches, ideally in a product-led growth (PLG) setup.
  • Background in copywriting or content marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling product messaging and collateral.
  • A keen eye for good design and user experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
