Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Specialist at Jubilant Foodworks, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operation activities across a single-BU. This includes ensuring Zero Break Down time for machines, timely completion of PMS, OEE, and Machines efficiency. You will also manage RnM cost, Project Management, Commissary Scorecard, Internal and International Audit compliances, and Budget controls as per actual budgets.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop a systematic plan to improve infrastructure
  • Implement and execute the Commissary model
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensure condition monitoring of various equipment
  • Identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools
