Job Title : Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Pronto Consulting Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both back-end and front-end technologies, with a focus on Java and React.js.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Java applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Database Management : Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design, implementation, and optimization, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Frontend Development : Create engaging user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
  • Team Leadership : Lead a team of 4 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Architecture Design : Participate in architectural discussions and design decisions, contributing to the overall technical strategy and best practices.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews, implement testing strategies, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Java Development : Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in building robust and scalable applications.
  • Database Expertise : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Frontend Technologies : Proficient in front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Golang : Basic knowledge of Golang is a plus, as it may be used for specific projects.
  • Team Leadership : Proven experience leading a small team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude toward finding solutions and overcoming challenges.
  • Learning Mindset : Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
