Asset Liability Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Asset Liability Management (ALM) team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAA models and experience working with financial data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ALM India HUB, mentoring a team member, understanding internal SAA tools and entity-specific models, performing SAA model runs, and developing methodologies for AI/ML enhancements.

Additionally, the role requires improving documentation and controls for overall processes, automating SAA models, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading ALM India HUB, including managing and mentoring a team member
  • Understanding internal SAA tools and entity-specific models
  • Performing SAA model runs and recommending entity SAA proposals
  • Developing methodologies for AI/ML enhancements
  • Improving documentation and controls for overall processes
  • Automating SAA models
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline from a top-tier university
  • CFA/FRM or actively pursuing CFA/FRM designation
  • Relevant years of work experience in investment management or capital markets
  • Prior knowledge/working experience on ALM and/or market risk
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, financial math, economics, and machine learning
  • Basic programming skills in Python/MATLAB/R
  • Proficiency in Excel/VBA
