Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end functional implementation and configuration of D365FO Retail and Commerce, Sales and Marketing modules, aligning solutions with business processes and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and document detailed functional requirements, develop functional designs.
  • Provide expertise in configuring D365FO Sales and Retail functionalities and testing retail solutions, ensuring successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Retail operations through business process analysis and recommending innovative solutions.
  • Perform solution testing, manage UAT, and provide sign-off on D365FO Sales, Retail configurations and customizations deployed to the production environment, ensuring quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for system integrations, including B2B commerce platforms, ensuring smooth interfacing and data flows between D365FO and external systems.
  • Collaborate on project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that functional requirements align with broader project objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as Functional Analyst in D365FO and/or AX2012, performing system analysis, solution design and writing functional specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or strong work equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in D365FO Retail and Commerce module, including the configuration of Retail HQ, Channels, Catalogs, Assortments and Customer loyalty programs.
  • Experience in D365FO Sales and Marketing module configuring and managing Trade Agreements, Intercompany Trading, Order Fulfillment, and Pricing & Discounts.
  • Experience delivering minimum of 2 multi-country implementations of D365FO Retail.
  • Deep understanding of retail and commerce business processes and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple project assignments ensuring timely delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ensure best practices and alignment with business goals throughout the implementation process.
