Job Title: Visual Merchandising Expert

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces, aligning with brand guidelines and seasonal trends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store layouts, window displays, and product placements that maximize customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of visuals with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain high standards of visual display quality, ensuring all displays are clean, well-maintained, and regularly updated.
  • Provide training to in-store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
  • Analyze sales trends to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Sources display materials and coordinates with vendors for fixtures, signage, and props.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in presentation across locations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to enhance visual appeal.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in improving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.
