Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to lead our creative team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various media platforms.

This role requires a strong sense of design, an understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and on-brand visual content.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing unique concepts and executing them effectively, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Creating compelling visuals and printing for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, advertising materials, presentations, brochures, and other promotional items.
  • Maintaining and strengthening our brand identity across all visual communications.
  • Ensuring designs adhere to our brand guidelines and are consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and print media.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to achieve design goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
