Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for Franklin Templeton employees, addressing their technical issues, requests, and support of the IT Infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal clients to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for internal clients.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance technical support services.
- Contribute to the development of technical training programs, ensuring that internal clients have the necessary skills to effectively use technical solutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar fast-paced and dynamic environment in the desktop support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and technical support.
- Proficient in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, iOS, and Mobile Technologies.
- Reliable transportation, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel to non-primary offices.
- Experience supporting multiple facets of the business in a corporate environment, with a strong preference for experience using ServiceNow Ticketing system.
