Job Overview
This role involves selling industrial laser systems to OEMs and new customers. A strong understanding of the market, products, and competition is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce new products to potential customers and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive offerings.
- Develop value propositions and position products effectively in the market.
- Create quotes and negotiate with customers to meet their requirements.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
- Foster long-term partnerships with key customers and establish a reputation for excellence.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years of experience in industrial laser sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the OEM market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong track record of building relationships with key customers.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
