About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic and Sports Coach to join our team at VIBGYOR Group of Schools. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, helping them develop their mental and physical talents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Administration: Ensure student growth and achievement are continuous and appropriate for their age group. Develop desirable personal and social attributes such as fair play, success and failure acceptance, and cooperation in group situations.
  • Coaching and Development: Promote maximum student participation and interest. Assist students in analyzing and improving fitness. Monitor student progress constantly and adjust pace accordingly.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure the safety of players through careful planning of practice sessions, use of equipment, and games. Maintain basic hygiene and be aware of each child's previous history. Attend to health matters seriously and diligently.
Special Events and Team Management
  • Lead the development of a high-performance program aiming for the highest result possible in inter-school competitions. Search for, select, develop, and maximize the potential of the School Team. Increase the number of participants reaching the highest levels.
  • Be actively involved in planning, organizing, and coordinating the Annual Sports Day. Participate in organizing and implementing special events sponsored by the school.
  • Assist in public relations events and other special events. Notify the SPA Coordinator in advance of tournaments, practice sessions, etc.
Maintenance of Records

Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records, providing relevant and up-to-date information for school systems. Maintain confidentiality of student records. Record attendance, class lists, and assist in updating records for events such as Sports Day, PTMs, camps, tournaments, and competitions.
