We have a dedicated focus on the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and diagnostics industry cluster, where we seek professionals with high-quality experience in global pharmaceutical / life sciences / diagnostics strategic / market / competitive research and intelligence, as well as experience / exposure in commercial analytics / forecasting / HEOR, and other areas.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Recruitment and Employee Engagement Specialist to join our HR team in Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a deep understanding of our business verticals and partnering with Hiring Managers to identify sourcing needs.
Strategizing sourcing plans and creating relevant job adverts for various levels across different portals. Formulating distinct approaches such as bulk hiring, campus hiring, etc.
Sourcing profiles from relevant job portals and through referrals, deploying a robust screening mechanism to filter out relevant candidatures.
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and obtaining feedback from Hiring Managers on the status of each candidate interviewed, next steps.
Maintaining MIS trackers for all roles, carrying out background verification checks with external sources, and ensuring the authenticity of details provided by candidates.
Managing on-boarding of new recruits and joining formalities while collecting and sharing relevant documentation.
Employee EngagementMaintaining calendars for important events at company-level and employee-level, taking initiatives for announcements and celebrations, engaging with BU Heads to recommend employee motivation events, and arranging necessary steps.
Helping plan and organize onsite and offsite company events, providing solutions to improve the employee experience, initiating innovative team building and collaborative initiatives.
Professional and Academic BackgroundWe require a minimum of 3 years of recruitment and employee engagement experience, preferably in the financial services / professional services / research and consulting / KPO sector.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Graduate degree from top-tier institutions renowned for HR/Administration. Strong academic background and aptitude with consistent performance at all levels/record of extra-curricular achievements are essential.
RequirementsOnly Mumbai-based candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered.
