Head of Social Impact

About the Role:


The Head of Social Impact will lead the strategic direction and operational management of CrossOver Talent's foundation, ensuring alignment with our mission to create measurable social impact. This role requires a seasoned leader who can leverage deep experience in the social sector, build partnerships, drive operational excellence, and implement transformative programs in education, healthcare, livelihoods, and disability.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Define and implement strategic goals in alignment with the foundation's mission to maximize social impact across multiple sectors.
  2. Actively participate in organizational decision-making as a business partner, providing insights to refine operational and strategic plans.
  3. Design and monitor a roadmap for program scalability and sustainability, aligning with community impact, governance, and operational efficiency.
  4. Oversee all aspects of program implementation, ensuring each initiative meets established goals and delivers tangible outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:



  • Masters degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Management, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role within the social sector.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance, operational efficiency, and impact-driven program design.
  • Strong experience in people management, with skills in talent development, mentoring, and building cohesive teams.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budget oversight, fund allocation, and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
